Natural Yoghurt
Un-homogenized pot-set creamy natural yoghurt
Natural yoghurt is the purest and simplest form of yoghurt. It has been strained a number of times, giving it a more liquid consistency.

What's so special about our natural yoghurt is that its non homogenised. Put very simply, homogenization is a process used to unify the look of dairy produce. It keeps the colour and texture consistent and stops that lovely golden top of cream from rising to the top.

The pro of un-homogenized milk is it's a lot easier to digest and is a much more organic way of producing yoghurt.

Kefir
Restore gut health
Kefir is a fermented milk beverage that is similar to a thin yoghurt. It is thought to be a dairy superfood on account of its many nutritional and probiotic properties.

It is also widely accepted that Kefir is a lot more tolerable to people with lactose intolerance than other dairy products.

Quark
Soft and creamy
Quark is a European Style Cottage Cheese. Soft and smooth in texture, this cheese is ideal for both sweet and savoury recipes.

It works as a lovely dip base and spread, but what we like to use it for here is the base for our cheesecakes and cream cheese icing! Deliciously thick and creamy, the perfect addition to any recipe!

Gouda
Tarago Valley Farm Cheese is made with our Certified organic, grass-fed cows milk. Our Farm Cheese is similar to a mild cheddar, it's great in cheese toasties, on pizza or pasta or just to eat on it's own.
