Our girls graze the lush organic pastures of the Tarago River flats on our property at Longwarry North. We work together with three small factories in Victoria to produce a range of difference delicious dairy products.

100% Grass-fed and finished. We raise all the male (bobby) calves to 15-18 months, most of which are either beef cross or dual purpose breeds.

*Our Bulk Packs vary slightly each week, but usually include the following: eye fillet, scotch fillet, rump, porterhouse, oyster blade, osso bucco, schnitzel, brisket, ribs, sausages, bolar blade, roasts, diced, mince.
*Optional bones for 1/4 or 1/2 steer.​
*1/2 steer includes option of amending cut sheet for any special requests. For example, rib-eye instead of scotch fillet, sausage mince instead of sausages, diced instead of roasts.
*All meat is labelled and vacuum packed. Roasts 800g–1.5kg. Diced and Mince approx 500g packs.
