Un-homogenized Pot-set Creamy Natural Yoghurt
Natural yoghurt is the purest and simplest form of yoghurt. It has been strained a number of time, giving it a more liquid consistency.
What's so special about our natural yoghurt is that its non homogenised. Put very simply, homogenization is a process used to unify the look of diary produce. It keeps the colour and texture consistent and stops that lovely golden top of cream from rising to the top.
The pro of un-homogenized milk is its a lot easier to digest and is a much more organic way of producing yoghurt.
